Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over a qualifying threshold. Check our Shipping & Returns page for current details.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we're working towards — stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Simply email orders@organova.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Products

How do you choose your products?
Every product at Organova is hand-picked against strict criteria: it must solve a real problem, look great, be durable, and offer genuine value. If it doesn't pass our standards, it doesn't make the cut.

Are your products good quality?
Yes. We test and review every product before listing it. We'd rather carry fewer products we believe in than hundreds we don't.

A product I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Possibly! Email info@organova.co.uk with the product name and we'll let you know when it's back in stock.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.
