Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your inbox for your dispatch confirmation email from Organova.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the courier's website.
  3. Follow your parcel every step of the way to your door.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, it's possible your order is still being prepared for dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
