At Organova, we want your experience to be as smooth and organised as the products we sell. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you — and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery takes 3–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying UK orders. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime via our Track My Order page.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@organova.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.

Returns

Our 30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to love every Organova product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

How to start a return:
Email us at orders@organova.co.uk with:

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return
Your reason for returning

We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email support@organova.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
